You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Holiday Extension: Orders placed between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 15th of the following year.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made decorations

  • Opened light sets or electrical products

  • Clearance or β€œFinal Sale” items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
