• Our Lipa Pole Pole preorder program allows you to reserve Christmas trees and décor by paying a deposit upfront and clearing the balance later.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by Santa’s Helpers.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made through our secure checkout or via the Lipa Pole Pole installment plan.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and mobile money payments where applicable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Deliveries typically start from November for Christmas preorders.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party courier services.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (seasonal Christmas items), returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods.
• Please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery for return instructions.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

5. User Conduct

• You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activities may result in termination of your account and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and branding on our website are owned by Santa’s Helpers HQ or used with permission.
